Jain Acharya

Acharya Shri Atmaramji M.S.

Thousands of living beings are born every moment and keep incarnating on this earth in human form, but not everyone’s birth anniversary is celebrated. Nor is everyone looked at with reverence and respect. Only those people get respect and reverence who live not for themselves but for the society. Those who dedicate all their life forces for the upliftment, development and welfare of people. While they themselves remain conscious of their own welfare, they also take full care of the welfare of others.

Acharya Samrat Pujya Shri Atmaram Ji Maharaj was one of those great men whose life was always engaged in philanthropic works. Who, like Ganga, was continuously engaged in purifying the lives of people. For 77 years of his life, he kept lighting the lamp of non-violence, restraint and penance. Wherever the stream of his life passed, there was a wonderful decency and verve. Even today his immortal words are working as a beacon of light for people’s lives.
